Here's the secret to why your watch will always tell you the correct time.

Manual time adjustment is no longer necessary. Doing it manually is a hassle: you have to look at your watch when the radio announces the time or compare it with the time displayed on your smartphone. Radio technology takes this work out of your hands and makes your life easier!

Once a day, it automatically receives a time signal generated by an atomic clock and updates itself to the exact moment. Radio-controlled watches receive radio signals and automatically synchronize the time, along with other important data. This only happens late at night, to avoid any interference with signals from smartphones and other electronic devices active during the day.

The latest development in this radio technology is based on the reception of the time signal of all channels from 4 different geographical regions.

This model is called Multiband. It receives signals from Europe, North America, China, and Japan (both East and West).

This is also a Diver's Professional watch and technically meets the precise requirements of the ISO 6425 Certified standard.
To obtain this qualification, a diving watch must possess certain characteristics:
. be equipped with a device for detecting immersion time;
. present themselves with excellent visibility, as some elements of the dial must remain visible at least 25 centimetres away even in dark conditions, as often happens in deep dives;
. be anti-magnetic;
. resistant to impacts and salt water;
. resist thermal shock;

Movement:
CITIZEN production caliber 8203 - Mechanical with AUTOMATIC winding.
When using an automatic watch, the mainspring is automatically wound by the oscillating movement of a counterweight, positioned inside the "machine", activated by the change in position of the watch on the wrist.
